These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Starcomm website and any quotation, order or supply of goods by STARCOMM TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD, trading as Starcomm ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.

We source and supply electronics and IT hardware on a business-to-business basis. Product information on this site is indicative and does not constitute an offer to sell. Availability, specifications and lead times may change without notice.
Prices are provided by quotation in response to your request and are valid only for the period stated in the quotation. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a proforma invoice or written order confirmation and you accept it. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, duties and shipping. Payment terms — typically an advance with the balance due before dispatch — are set out in each quotation or proforma invoice. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
Delivery terms follow Incoterms 2020 as stated in the quotation (for example, EXW Laem Chabang). Lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you in accordance with the agreed Incoterm.
Goods carry the applicable manufacturer's or authorized-channel warranty. Except where required by law, we give no additional warranty and are not responsible for the manufacturer's performance under its warranty.
You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, import, use and any onward transfer of the goods complies with all applicable laws, including customs, import and export-control regulations in the relevant jurisdictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or business.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
